This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for services booked through Adventourist. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms specified below.

| 15–30 days before travel | 50% refund (post applicable deductions) |
| Less than 15 days before travel | No refund will be issued |
International Trips: No refunds shall be processed if a cancellation request is raised within 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date. This includes, but is not limited to, non-refundable partner arrangements, visa charges, and administrative expenses.
Refunds, where eligible, will be subject to deductions incurred by Adventourist, which include but are not limited to:
These deductions are non-negotiable and may vary depending on third-party refund policies.
Adventourist reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, regulatory changes, or logistical impracticalities. In such cases, the traveller will be offered one of the following, subject to written confirmation:
No additional compensation shall be entertained beyond the terms mentioned above.
Where refunds are applicable and approved, the amount (post deductions) will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days to the original source of payment. Any delays attributable to banking channels or intermediaries shall not be the responsibility of Adventourist.
